Our ‘Powerobics’ Class
30 Minute Class
This class runs for approximately 30 minutes. Trust us, that’s more than enough time to get in a great workout.

Using heart rate monitors on a mixture of our regular members, we are away of how many calories can be burned in each session.
What to expect from our 'Powerobics' class
This class is designed to push your cardiovascular system to its limit and break through barriers.
It is what it says on the label. We have taken a traditional aerobics class and then cranked it up a few turns. This class is a real challenge of both your aerobic endurance and your ability to remain powerful for a whole 30 minutes.
