This class runs for approximately 30 minutes. Trust us, that’s more than enough time to get in a great workout.

This class is designed to push your cardiovascular system to its limit and break through barriers.
Our take on a classic workout. It’s high energy and requires you to follow the instructor through a small choreographed of explosive aerobic body movements to great high tempo uplifting music.
