This class runs for approximately 30 minutes. Trust us, that’s more than enough time to get in a great workout.

Using heart rate monitors on a mixture of our regular members, we are away of how many calories can be burned in each session.
What to expect from our 'Ride & Core' class
This class is designed to push your cardiovascular system to its limit and break through barriers.
A specialist class designed on a combination workout of both spin bike and core related activities. Ride and core is interval based meaning short duration in both bike and core activity.
A perfect example helps to drop maximum calories whilst maintaining a flat stomach.
