Intense battle rope focused workout that will work your entire body.
A class that focuses on really building upper body muscle endurance. With the use of the battle ropes, and assistance of our coaches, you will learn fun and exciting routines that can be used with the ropes, to hopefully give you the knowledge and confidence to use them in your own training. It will be hard! It will hurt! But it will definitely be worth it!
