This class runs for approximately 30 minutes. Trust us, that’s more than enough time to get in a great workout.

This class is designed to push your cardiovascular system to its limit and break through barriers.
In complete contrast to Bootcamp, now its time to completely slow down the pace, work on controlling your movements and your own body weight. All floor based activities that will have your abs screaming and popping through in no time.
