This class runs for approximately 45-60 minutes. Trust us, that’s more than enough time to get in a great workout.

The foundations of this class are based on circuit training, so you will definitely see the gym in a completely different light. We incorporate much more kit and apparatus and work on coaching you through all kinds of functional movements. Use this class to your advantage and it can be very educational, as well as great fun, with enthusiastic team of members.
