A mixture of light free-weight movements and body weight conditioning, this class works on sculpting that ‘toned’ body we are all after. The class tempo is varied between upbeat aerobics and slow and controlled conditioning.

PUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with high repetition, each track has been carefully choreographed to uplifting music. 45 to 60 minutes could burn up to 500 calories.
