This class runs for approximately 45-60 minutes. Trust us, that’s more than enough time to get in a great workout.

What to expect from our 'Pump' class

A difficult class both in terms of technique, and intensity. Don’t let that put you off.

PUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with high repetition, each track has been carefully choreographed to uplifting music. 45 to 60 minutes could burn up to 350 calories.

A mixture of light free-weight movements and body weight conditioning, this class works on sculpting that ‘toned’ body we are all after. The class tempo is varied between up beat aerobics and slow and controlled conditioning.
